Uniview XVR301-04G3 4-Channel XVR

See the Uniview XVR301-04G3 price in BD on this page. This 4-channel hybrid recorder is a step up from the XVR301-04F: it records analogue HD cameras at up to 5MP Lite and supports a larger 8TB hard disk.

Key features

• 4 analogue inputs recording up to 5MP Lite (20fps) or 4MP (30fps)
• 2 extra IP channels, or up to 6 in IP-only mode, each up to 4MP
• HDMI and VGA outputs
• One SATA bay supporting up to 8TB
• Audio recording at 64Kbps per channel
• 48Mbps outgoing bandwidth for remote viewing
• Low power: 8W or less without a disk

Higher-resolution analogue

Many modern analogue HD cameras offer 4MP or 5MP. This recorder can use that extra detail, which helps identify faces and number plates more clearly than 1080p.

04G3 or 04F?

Choose the 04G3 for 4–5MP analogue cameras and bigger storage. The 04F is a lower-cost option for 1080p cameras.

Where to use it

Shops, offices, schools and homes upgrading to sharper analogue HD cameras over existing coaxial cable.

Setup tips

1. Fit a surveillance-grade hard disk up to 8TB.
2. Set a strong password on first start.
3. Configure motion recording to save space.
4. Use a UPS for uninterrupted recording.
