• Warranty and support: product serial numbers, claim details and messages you send us.
• Technical data: basic information such as your browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

• To process, deliver and support your orders and warranty claims.
• To send order, delivery and claim updates by SMS or email.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To send offers, only if you agree. You can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies we hand your parcel to receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Payment providers receive what they need to process your payment.
• Brands and their service centres receive product and claim details for warranty repairs.

How long we keep it

We keep order and warranty records for as long as the warranty lasts and as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account; we then delete or anonymise what we don't have to keep.
