Check the D-Link NCM-XX01-B cable manager price in BD on this page. This 1U panel holds patch cords in tidy horizontal paths across the front of a 19-inch rack, so cables run cleanly from patch panels to switches instead of hanging over equipment.

Key features

• 1U height for standard 19-inch racks
• Powder-coated steel front panel
• Routes patch cords to the rack sides neatly
• Supports a gentle cable bend radius and reduces strain on connectors

Benefits of cable management

A managed rack is quicker to troubleshoot, less likely to suffer accidental disconnections, and cooler because equipment vents are not blocked by loose cables. It also makes documentation and handover much easier.

Part of the D-Link cabling range

Use it with the D-Link NPP-AL1BLK241 patch panel, D-Link Cat6 keystone jacks and D-Link Cat6 patch cords for a matched rack from outlet to switch.

Where to use it

Office and branch network cabinets, server rooms, ISP racks and CCTV racks with PoE switches and NVRs.

Installation tips

1. Place one cable manager between each patch panel and its switch.
2. Mount it with cage nuts and screws.
3. Use patch cords of the right length, avoid excess loops, and bundle with Velcro ties.
4. Label both ends of every cord.
