Description

Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB Air CPU Cooler

The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB is an air CPU cooler weighing 765g with 120 x 120 x 25mm ARGB fans. Buyers checking the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE price in BD get an air-cooled option with no pump or liquid and RGB lighting for a coloured build.

Key Features

Air-cooled design with no pump or coolant.
120 x 120 x 25mm fans.
ARGB lighting.
Listed weight of 765g.

Cooling Without a Radiator

An air cooler has fewer parts that can fail than a liquid cooler and needs no radiator mount in the case. A heatsink with large fin area and a 120mm fan suits gaming and everyday work processors up to the power level the cooler is designed for.

Compatibility

The shop page for this model does not list socket support or cooler height. Before buying, ask QASWATEC to confirm that your AMD or Intel socket is supported and check case height and memory clearance.

Installation Notes

Mount the backplate and brackets for your socket, apply thermal paste, then fit the heatsink and clip the fan on. Connect the fan to the CPU fan header and the ARGB cable as shown in the manual, and set a PWM fan curve in the BIOS to keep the system quiet.

Who Is It For?

The Phantom Spirit 120 SE suits builders who want a lit air cooler for a mid-range gaming or work PC without a radiator.

Case and Memory Clearance

Tower coolers sit above the motherboard, so check the maximum cooler height your case allows and whether tall memory modules touch the fan or fins. Fans can often be moved up or down on the fins to clear memory. Keep a clear airflow path from the front of the case to the rear exhaust so the heatsink can shed heat efficiently.

What to Check Before You Buy

Socket support, fan speed, airflow and cooler height are not listed for this model on the shop page. The supplier price list gives a 3-year warranty.
