Tenda AC10 AC1200 Dual Band Gigabit Wi-Fi Router

Tenda AC10 AC1200 Dual Band Gigabit WiFi Router

The Tenda AC10 is an AC1200 dual band router with gigabit ports and four high-gain antennas, and the Tenda AC10 price in BD makes it a popular choice for fibre broadband users. It offers up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, four 6 dBi external antennas, and one gigabit WAN port plus three gigabit LAN ports.

Key Features

• AC1200 dual band Wi-Fi: 867 Mbps (5 GHz) + 300 Mbps (2.4 GHz)
• 4 x 6 dBi external antennas
• 1 x Gigabit WAN and 3 x Gigabit LAN ports
• Router, AP, Universal Repeater and WISP modes
• Parental controls: client filter, URL filter, time limit
• IPv4 and IPv6 support

Gigabit speed for fibre

With gigabit WAN and LAN ports, the Tenda AC10 passes the full speed of fast fibre plans to wired PCs, smart TVs and game consoles, without the 100 Mbps limit of cheaper routers.

Strong antennas

Four 6 dBi external antennas give a strong signal across a typical flat. Use the 5 GHz band for speed close to the router and 2.4 GHz for wider reach through walls.

Parental controls

Built-in parental controls let you filter clients, block websites by URL and set time limits for children's devices, all from the router's settings.

Flexible modes

Besides router mode, the AC10 can work as an access point, a universal repeater to extend another network, or in WISP mode. It supports PPPoE, dynamic IP and static IP connections used by Bangladeshi ISPs.

Power and size

The router uses a 12V 1A adapter (100-240V input) and measures 220 x 141.5 x 49 mm.

Setup tips

Connect the ISP cable to the WAN port, open the router's setup page in a browser, choose your connection type and set a strong Wi-Fi password. Keep the router in a central, raised spot for the best coverage.

Keep it secure

Change the default admin password the first time you log in, give your Wi-Fi a strong password of at least 12 characters, and check the admin page now and then for firmware updates, which fix bugs and improve security.

Who should buy it

Choose the Tenda AC10 for a home or small office on a fast broadband plan that needs gigabit ports, good range and parental controls at a sensible price.
