How it works in a system

1. Lock body fixed to the door frame, armature plate on the door.
2. Fingerprint, card or face terminal controls the lock's power.
3. An exit button inside lets people leave.
4. A 12V access control power supply, ideally with battery backup, powers the lock.

Fail-safe design

EM locks release when power is removed. This helps people leave quickly during emergencies, which is why EM locks are widely accepted for office and building doors. Plan a backup power supply so doors stay locked during load-shedding.

Mounting accessories
