Check the Hikvision DS-7104HGHI-M1/T DVR price in BD on this page. A DVR is the recorder at the heart of an analogue HD camera system. This 4-channel model is one of the most common choices for homes, shops and small offices in Bangladesh.

Key features

• 4 BNC inputs for HDTVI, AHD, HDCVI and CVBS cameras
• Pentabrid: add IP cameras too, up to 5 channels in total
• H.265 Pro+ compression to stretch hard-disk recording time
• Two-way audio over coax on all HDTVI channels
• One SATA bay for a hard disk up to 4TB
• Two USB 2.0 ports for backup and mouse
• Remote viewing on phones through Hik-Connect

Audio over coax

Pair it with Hikvision audio cameras such as the DS-2CE76D0T-LPFS or DS-2CE16D0T-LPFS, and sound is recorded through the same coaxial cable as video. No separate audio wiring is needed.

How much storage do I need?

With H.265 Pro+, a 1TB disk typically stores around a couple of weeks of continuous 1080p Lite recording from four cameras, depending on scene activity. A 2TB or 4TB surveillance disk extends this.

Typical system

Four 2MP cameras, this DVR, a surveillance hard disk, a 12V power supply box, RG59 cable and BNC connectors, plus a monitor or TV via HDMI or VGA.

Setup tips

1. Change the admin password on first start.
2. Format the HDD and set recording schedules.
3. Enable Hik-Connect for mobile viewing.
