ZKTeco ZK-D100S Hand-Held Metal Detector

See the ZKTeco ZK-D100S metal detector price in BD on this page. Security staff use hand-held metal detectors to scan people and bags for metal objects at entrances. The ZK-D100S is a light, practical wand for everyday screening.

Key features

• Sound (or vibration) alarm with a light alarm at the same time
• Alarm volume of at least 75dB(A)
• 22KHz operating frequency
• IP31 protection against dripping water and dust
• Supplied without battery and adapter

Silent vibration mode

Vibration alerts let guards detect items discreetly, useful at VIP events, banks and offices where loud beeps would draw attention.

Where it is used

• Office and bank entrances
• Shopping malls and hotels
• Factory gates for staff exit checks
• Concerts, weddings, conferences and exam halls
• Schools, hospitals and government buildings

Use with walk-through detectors

Hand-held wands work best alongside a walk-through detector such as the ZKTeco ZK-D1010L: the gate flags a person, and the wand pinpoints where the metal is.

Before you use it

1. Buy a suitable battery separately, as none is included.
2. Test the alarm before each shift.
3. Scan slowly, keeping the wand a few centimetres from the body.
