Shortcuts and Dial

Ten keys can be mapped to undo, brush size, eraser or any shortcut in your software, and the dial can handle zoom, scroll or canvas rotation. This reduces trips to the keyboard during long sessions.

Setting Up Your Tablet

Install the latest Veikk driver before first use, connect the tablet by USB and calibrate the pen. Then map the keys and dial to the shortcuts you use most.

Pen Tablet or Pen Display?

A pen tablet has no screen: you look at your monitor while you draw on the tablet. It takes a little practice but costs less than a pen display.

Who Is It For?

This tablet suits illustrators, concept artists, photo editors and design students who want a roomy surface and shortcut keys at a modest price. It also works for teachers who write on screen during online lessons and for anyone moving up from a smaller tablet.

What to Check Before You Buy

Check that your computer has a free USB port and that your drawing software accepts pen pressure. An 8 x 5 inch area suits sketching and editing, but large canvases may need a bigger model. Ask the QASWATEC team on Elephant Road, Dhaka, if you want help choosing a size.
