Where a 9U Rack Fits

A 9U rack suits an office or shop network with a switch, a patch panel, a router or ONU, a cable manager and a small UPS. Wall mounting saves floor space, and the glass door lets technicians check lights without opening the cabinet. Plan the wall strength and the cable routes before drilling.

Power and Cooling

The included PDU gives six outlets for network devices, and the two fans help move warm air out of the cabinet. Check the total power draw of your equipment against the PDU rating before use. The fan and PDU specifications are not listed in the data we hold.

Before You Buy

Measure your equipment depth against the 450 mm size and check that the rack height fits your patch panels and switches. Star Tech lists floor-standing or wall mounting installation options and accessories such as a tray and mounting kit for this model family, but contents can vary, so confirm the package with us.

Warranty terms are confirmed at purchase.
