Key Features

• USB and Bluetooth connectivity
• Print speed of 250 mm/s using the thermal line method
• 203 dpi print resolution
• Effective printing width of 72 mm, with 72 mm and 58 mm paper supported
• Paper rolls up to 80 mm in diameter
• Body size of 198 x 140 x 130 mm in black
• 1-year warranty, adapter not covered

Why Bluetooth Helps

With Bluetooth the printer can receive jobs from a phone, tablet or laptop without a cable to the counter PC. This suits delivery billing, restaurant order taking, small stalls and shops that want a tidy counter. The USB port remains available for a fixed PC connection.

Two Paper Sizes

Support for 72 mm and 58 mm paper means you can match the roll to the job: wider receipts for itemised bills and narrower rolls for short slips. Thermal printing uses paper only, so there are no ink cartridges or ribbons to buy.

Before You Buy

Check that your POS app or billing software supports Bluetooth thermal printers and the RP328-BU driver or commands. Android and iOS support depends on the software you use, so confirm it with the app vendor. The cutter type and weight are not listed in the data we hold, so ask us if they matter.

Warranty

The product carries a 1-year warranty, and the adapter has no warranty.
