• Gasket mount design for a softer, quieter typing feel.
• Dual layers of sound dampening materials.
• RGB backlight.

Brown Switches

Brown switches have a small tactile bump that you feel when a key registers, but they do not click loudly. This makes them a middle choice between quiet linear switches and loud clicky ones. They suit typing and everyday gaming alike.

Gasket Mount and Dampening

In a gasket-mount board, the plate floats on soft pads instead of being fixed directly to the case. That flex makes typing feel cushioned, and the dampening layers reduce hollow sounds. The result is a calmer sound than a simple screwed-in design.

Who Is It For?

The X87 suits typists, office workers and gamers who want a tactile feel without a number pad. Hot-swap sockets let keyboard hobbyists try other switches later.

Setting Up

Plug the Type-C cable into the keyboard and a USB port. Replace switches with a puller, pulling straight up and pressing the new switch in with the pins aligned.

Setup and Use

Check the connection type before you buy and make sure the device suits your computer or console. Read the manual for first-time setup, and keep the cables and any receiver or accessories from the box together. If you are unsure about compatibility with your setup, ask the QASWATEC team before ordering.

What to Check Before You Buy

Check that you want a tactile Brown switch and a TKL layout. Wireless support and keycap material are not listed on the shop page, so ask QASWATEC to confirm them. Warranty is a 1-year warranty.
